Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken

Pin Xiang Hainanese Chicken Rice serves the usual hainanese chicken and roast chicken with rice.

The hainanese chicken is quite soft and meaty with a smooth skin. The roast chicken has tender and smooth meat with a smooth flavourful skin. The slices of chicken meats are served on a plate with a sweet tasting soya sauce seasoning added, with some cucumber slices and pickled vegetables. Do not that the chicken meat are not fully deboned.

The accompanying plate of rice is firm and fairly flavourful. A serving of pickled vegetables soup is provided as well. As for the chilli sauce, it has a garlicy and limey taste.

This is a rather decent serving of hainanese chicken and roast chicken with rice.
