Kueh Koci Cake

This cake is an adaptation of kueh koci. It has a soft and moist black glutinous rice flour cake layered with sago pudding and grated coconut that is sweetened with gula melaka. It is finished with a coconut cream cheese frosting. Quite likeable.

Ondeh Ondeh Cake

This is an adaptation of yet another local delight ondeh ondeh. This cake is baked using unrefined sugar. It has soft and moist layers of pandan and gula melaka cake layered with delicious gula melaka flavoured grated coconut and pandan curd fillings. It is finished with pandan frosting and desiccated coconut. Nice!

Gula Melaka Pandan Cake

Gula Melaka Pandan Cake is a nice twist to the traditional pandan cake. The soft green sponge is coloured naturally with freshly squeezed cold pressed pandan leaves, and gives it a sweet aromatic smell. A layer of steamed egg pandan custard is layered between two soft and fragrant pandan sponge. It is frosted with gula melaka (palm sugar) sweetened cream cheese and finished with a sprinkling of pan-fried fresh coconut shreds.


Red Velvet Cake

Red Velvet Cake is an all time favourite at Cedele. It is a tasty cake that is soft and moist, reddened naturally with red vegetable juice. It is frosted with a light velvety vanilla cream with a sliver of chocolate flakes at its bottom. Thumbs up!

Caramel Sea Salt Tiramisu

This is more of a cake than a tiramisu. It has a smooth caramel sea salt mascarpone cheese layer on top of an espresso and Kahlua laced sponge. This is a sweet cake with a nice caramel taste but can’t really taste any coffee though.

Chocolate Matcha Cake

This Chocolate Matcha Cake is a perfect balance of western and oriental flavours. Its light green tea sponge cake is layered with rich chocolate truffle and soothingly smooth green tea cream. A truly delightful blend of green tea and chocolate.

Chocolate Banana Espresso Cake

This Chocolate Banana Espresso Cake has a layer of caramelised banana slices sandwiched between two soft chocolate sponge. It is frosted with mocha cream cheese and topped with some crunchy nuts & oats streusel which helps make this less cake sweet.
