serves both hainanese chicken and roast chicken with rice. Decent.

Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken

Ding’s Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice serves both hainanese chicken and roast chicken with rice.

The hainanese chicken has tender and moist meat. Its skin is soft and smooth. The roast chicken is moist and meaty with flavourful skin. The slices of chicken are deboned and served on a plate with soya sauce seasoning added and a few slices of cucumbers. Both the hainanese chicken and roast chicken are decent.

The rice is served separately on a plate. It is firm and flavourful. A bowl of savoury flavoured soup is provided as well. An optional limey and garlicky tasting chilli sauce is available as well.

This serving of chicken rice is a rather decent choice.
