Wanton Mee

Dover Road Kai Kee Wanton Noodle serves old school Singapore style wanton mee which are tossed with just a simple seasoning blend of oil and soy sauce.
This wanton mee comes with lean meat char siew, boiled wanton dumplings and a small bowl of soup on the side. The noodles are overcooked and are soft and soggy. The char siew slices tastes dry. The minced pork meat wanton tastes alright though. The bowl of soup is bland and is lacking on any flavours.
In my opinion, this stall is overrated and tastes average. There are much better tasting old school Singapore style wanton noodles around. Nothing to rave about here.
