Prawn Crispy Noodles

This crispy noodles comes with served with a prawn omelette on top. The egg omelette has nice flavours of wok hei and the prawns are decent. The savoury and starchy sauce is served separately, letting the crispy noodles retain its crispiness. It is a nice touch. This prawn crispy noodles is good! Recommended.

Hor Fun

The hor fun is first wok fried before adding in its sauce with fish slices and some vegetables. The hor fun has nice smokey flavours of wok hei and the fish slices are fairly smooth and fresh. The sauce contains egg, is nicely flavoured and not too starchy. This hor fun is nice.

Fried Rice

There are 3 selections for the fried rice – with char siew, siu yuk or prawns. Seen above is with siu yuk. The siu yuk is taken from the other Fatty Cheong stall selling siu mei. It is meaty with crispy skin and nice savoury flavours. The fried rice contains onion bits, spring onions and egg. Tastes nice.

Har Cheong Gai

The hai cheong gai is nice. It is crispy outside, juicy inside and very flavourful. I like it.
