Satay

Good Luck BBQ Chicken Wings & Satay does charcoal grilled satay with choice of meats in chicken, pork and mutton. A bowl of satay sauce is provided on the side.

The chicken satay is moist and meaty. The pork satay is firmer and has a fatty bit sandwiched in between. The mutton satay is soft and tender. All the satay are very nicely grilled with a slightly smokey and sweet taste. The meat portions are generous as well.

The ketupat rice is firm and slightly sticky. As for the satay sauce, it is nutty with bits of peanuts. The satay sauce is sweet tasting with a mild tint of spiciness. Goes really well with the satay. The satay comes served with some cucumber slices and onion bits.

This serving of satay is definitely a good and enjoyable one.
