Fried Carrot Cake

Good Spice Carrot Cake dishes out fried carrot cake in the usual black and white options.

This fried carrot cake is pan fried using long radish cubes with generous amounts of eggs with nice savoury flavours. Some parts of the fried carrot cake is crispy and tastes really nice. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it a mildly sweet tint. Both versions are nice. I like it.
