Bukit Timah Food Centre Singapore

He Zhong Carrot Cake

is quite a popular stall in the neightbourhood that does only the white version of fried carrot cake.

Fried Carrot Cake

He Zhong Carrot Cake does only one type of fried carrot cake, the white ones. It is fried flat pancake style with small cubes of radish cakes instead of mashed radish cakes. Chye poh is added giving it a nice flavour of slightly savoury taste with mild notes of sweetness. It is pan fried until a mild crisp. I like it.
