Xing Long Fried Carrot Cake Fried Oyster

dishes out fried carrot cake and fried oyster omelette. Crispy good!

Fried Carrot Cake

This fried carrot cake is available in both the usual white and black versions.

The white version is the flat pancake style type with an outer egg coating. It is pan fried with very nice crispy outsides and soft insides with nice savoury flavours. It is good.

For the black version of fried carrot cake, small longish radish cubes are used and wok fried with egg and sweet black sauce added. Flavours are decent with a sweet taste coming from the added sweet black sauce. Although it is not crispy and mostly soft, it is still quite likeable.

The white version of fried carrot cake here is definitely the better one. Recommended.

Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette has an egg and starch mixture that is pan fried until it is very thin and very crispy with some chopped spring onions added. Its flavours is nice too. The included oysters are quite juicy. Comes served with a limey chilli dip on the side. This fried oyster omelette is definitely a good one. Very likeable.
