Hock Huat Fried Kway Teow

is a stall serving fried kway teow with fish cake, lap cheong & see hum. Nice flavours.

Fried Kway Teow

This plate of fried kway teow contains the usual fish cake slices, lap cheong slices and see hum wok fried in a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles with bean sprouts and egg added.

The fish cake is springy, the lap cheong has a sweet taste and the see hum is rather decent. As for the fried kway teow, it has a nice dry texture and nice flavourings with mild tones of wok hei. This plate of fried kway teow is rather nice and likeable.
