Penang Fried Kway Teow

Upper Boon Keng Penang Fried Kway Teow is a fairly popular stall selling just fried kway teow Penang style. It comes with just prawns and lap cheong slices stir fried with kway teow, egg, vegetables and lots of bean sprouts. This is the white version of fried kway teow. It uses thin stripes of kway teow and doesn’t contain any yellow noodles. There is a mild sweet taste to it. Nice.
