Wanton Mee

Hollywood Zhenguang Wantan Noodles is an old-time stall serving wanton mee for over 70 years. The wanton mee comes with slices of lean meat char siew served on a plate of tossed noodles, and a bowl of wanton soup is served on the side.

The char siew is soft and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The wanton has soft skin wrapping a savoury and meaty filling, and served in a bowl of rather flavourful soup. The tossed noodles comes with some crispy pork lard and some vegetables. The noodles is firm and springy and has decent seasoning flavours.

This serving of wanton mee tastes not bad.
