The KL hokkien mee has thick yellow noodles that is wok fried using crispy pork lard with prawns, pork slices, fish cake slices and vegetables in a dark sauce seasoning that has a very light note of sweetness. The pork is tender and meaty, and the fish cake is smooth and springy. The prawns are of decent size and tastes rather fresh. This serving of KL hokkien mee tastes not bad.
