Katong Laksa

Janggat Laksa serves their signature katong laksa in a flavourful bowl of gravy with a very subtle hint of spiciness. It comes with short strands of springy thick mee hoon and bean sprouts. The see hum is small in size, but it tastes decent. The sliced prawn is decent size and tastes decent as well, and the fish cake is soft and smooth. The laksa comes served with a dollop of sweet tasting chilli paste on the side of bowl. Tastes nice.

Otah

The otah has a nice firm texture, containing tiny bits of fish meat scattered throughout its savoury and spicy flavoured paste. Not bad.

Sour Plum Drink

The sour plum drink has pleasant flavours of sour plum that isn’t too sweet. It tastes just right. Nice.
