Leong Kee Fish Soup does double fish soup that comes with both sliced fish and fried fish. Some small cubes of tofu, tomato, bitter gourd and lettuce and included with the soup. For this meal, mee hoon is chosen to go along with the fish soup.
The sliced fish is meaty and tastes rather fresh. The fried fish is meaty with a light savoury taste, and it appears to be made from some form of minced fish meat paste rather than from breaded fish meat. Both are nice. As for the soup, it is very nicely flavoured and likeable.
This bowl of double fish soup is nice. I like it.
