Braised Duck Rice

LiLi Kway Chap Braised Duck serves their braised duck rice set with slices of boneless braised duck meat, a braised egg, some tofu and vegetables on a plate of yam rice. A bowl of soup is served on the side.

The braised duck is soft and meaty with decent flavours. Its skin is soft and flavourful. The braised egg has light braised flavours and tofu is soft and fairly smooth. The vegetables is moist and crunchy, and tastes decent. The thing that is really likeable is their braised rice. There are distinct flavours of yam and dried shrimps. Nice! A bowl of fairly flavourful braised soup and a limey chilli sauce completes this set.

This serving of braised duck rice set is pretty nice and likeable.
