The braised rice is firm and fairly flavourful. Some braised sauce with a hint of herbal flavours is added to it. The braised duck is firm, moist and meaty, and its skin is soft. The braised pork belly is soft and meaty with some fatty parts, and has nice braised flavours. A small bowl of braised soup and a limey tasting chilli dip is provided on the side.

This serving of braised duck and braised pork belly rice is likeable.
