Fried Carrot Cake
This fried carrot cake has nice flavours. It is slightly crispy on the outside, and soft inside. The crispy parts are especially nice. The black version has just a small amount of sweet black sauce lightly coated on just the outside. Adds just a mildly sweet flavour to the fried carrot cake.
Both versions tastes rather decent, though personally I prefer the white ones here. It would have been a really nice fried carrot cake if it is made crispier.
