Soy Sauce Chicken

Long Tuck Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken does soy sauce chicken with options for noodles, rice or hor fun. Shrimp wanton dumplings is also available. Shown here is their soy sauce chicken noodles with added shrimp wanton.

The soy chicken meat is moist and tender but not much flavours though. The flavourings are in the chicken skin which is quite smooth with nice soya sauce tastes. The noodles are springy with a wet sauce that tastes slightly sweet. Wanton has shrimp fillings inside a soft wrapper. Comes in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup that tastes of dried shrimps and ikan bilis. Nice!
