Review: Redhill Katong Prawn Noodles (Singapore)

Redhill Katong Prawn Noodles dishes out rather nice prawn noodles with options for big prawns, pork slices, pig’s tail and pork ribs. Shown here is their regular soup version of prawn mee with yellow noodles.

This prawn noodles comes with only prawns, yellow noodles with some bean sprouts and vegetables added into a bowl of nicely flavoured prawn soup. Crispy fried shallots are added on top of the noodles for an extra bit of crunch. Nice!
