Minced Pork Noodles with Onsen Egg

Lye Bo Toss Noodle uses low carb noodles instead of the of usual yellow noodles or egg noodles. Above is a very simple tossed noodles with minced pork and an onsen egg.

The noodles are somewhat like la mian. It is firm and springy with soya sauce seasoning. The minced pork is soft and meaty and has nice braised flavours. The onsen egg is soft and it mixes really well with the noodles.

This bowl of noodles may look simple, but it tastes nice.

Char Siew Noodles

The tossed noodles is also available with char siew. The thick slices of char siew is firm, meaty and juicy with a nice sweet taste. The onsen egg seen above is an extra add-on. You can also add your own chilli powder and Hong Kong style chilli oil to your noodles. Not bad.

Pan Fried Grill Pork Belly Noodles

The tossed noodles is also available with pan fried grill pork belly. The pork belly is soft and meaty with a bit of fatty parts. It is nicely pan fried to a light crisp and is fairly flavourful. This is rather nice too.
