Maxwell Haha Mee Siam Mee Rebus

is a Chinese stall selling mee siam and mee rebus. Rather good flavours.

Mee Siam

This mee siam has mee hoon with some bean sprouts soaked in a bowl of nicely flavoured gravy that is slightly spicy and slightly limey. Comes with small pieces of tau pok that has soaked up the nice flavours of the gravy, as well as egg slices. Topped with chopped spring onions and a nice dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste. This mee siam is decently likeable.

Mee Rebus

This mee rebus has yellow noodles and bean sprouts soaked in a fairly thick and nutty gravy with a tint of spiciness. Comes with tofu cubes and egg slices. Topped with fried shallots, chopped green chilli and chopped spring onions with a dash of dark soya sauce added. The noodles are quite springy and flavours are nice. I like this. Thumbs up.
