Fishball Noodles.

Mei Ji Fish Ball Noodles does fishball noodles with the usual choice of noodles. Shown here is mee pok with extra add on of Fuzhuo fishballs.

The noodles come with bean sprouts, some vegetables and lard pieces. A bit on the soft side though. Included in the bowl of noodles are: fishballs, pork ball, fried fish ball, fish cake slices and Fuzhou fishballs.

The fried fishball is soft and springy with pretty nice tastes. Likewise for the fishball and pork ball. The fish cake is decent with a chewy skin and fairly soft and springy insides. The Fuzhuo fishball too, is decent. Fairly springy and decent flavours with juicy meat fillings inside. Overall, this is a decently likeable bowl of fishball noodles.
