Fishball Noodles

Ah Hua Handmade Fishball Noodle does fishball noodles with choice of noodles. Above is with mee pok chosen. The fishball noodles comes with only fishballs and nothing else.

The smallish size fishballs are handmade with rough edges, a bit coarse and very bouncy with nice fish flavours. It would have been much nicer with a smoother and softer texture though. The fishballs are served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup. The tossed mee pok is firm and springy, and fairly smooth. It has decent flavours and comes with some pork lard, but alas the pork lard are not crispy.

This serving of fishball mee pok is just decent.
