Chicken Cutlet & Fried Chicken Wing

Nanyang Fried Chicken Rice offers a choice of fried chicken wing and chicken cutlet served with rice. The above features their chicken cutlet rice with an extra fried chicken wing and lava egg added.

The fried chicken cutlet has tender and juicy meat, coated in a crispy light crust. with an airy and crispy skin. The fried chicken wing, likewise, is tender and juicy with an airy cirpsy skin. Both fried chicken cutlet and fried chicken wing have nice marinated flavours, and are delicious!

The fried chicken are served on a plate of firm and flavourful rice, along with a few slices of pickled cucumbers on the side. The pickled cucumber slices are crunchy with a fresh tarty taste.

The lava egg is an optional add-on. It has a soft yolk, and a nice savoury taste. Accompanying the plate of chicken rice is, a bowl of well-balanced flavoured chicken melon soup, and a limey and garlicky chilli sauce.

This is an enjoyable plate of fried chicken rice. I like it. Thumbs up!
