Nasi Lemak

Nasi Singapura is a well known stall serving nasi lemak with some sides. Seen here is their nasi lemak with fried chicken wing, ikan bilis and peanuts and a piece of begedil as they are out of fried egg.

The rice is decently flavourful, and the sambal chilli is spicy with a slight hint of sweet. The begedil has a soft and flavourful potato filling that tastes a little sweet. Its egg coating, however, is soft and not crispy. The ikan bilis is just slightly crispy and is getting soft. The peanuts are crunchy though. The ikan bilis and bilis are very salty though. The fried chicken wing is has a lightly coated crispy batter with moist meat. However its flavouring is very salty as well.

If you like your food savoury, you would probably like this nasi lemak but this is way too salty for my tastebuds. Just average.
