Fried Rice

The shrimp fried rice features slivers of eggs, chopped spring onions and smallish shrimps wok fried with rice. It is a bit moist with a firm texture and pleasant flavours. The shrimp fried rice is nice.

There is also an option to make it a set, which includes a side of har cheong gai and a fried egg. The har cheong gai has tender and juicy meat with a crispy fried skin, and is bursting with flavours. It is tasty! The fried egg has a runny yolk and crispy whites. Recommended.

The sing chew bee hoon has a nice dry texture, and nice flavours with a hint of sweetness and undertones of wok hei. It comes with shrimps, char siew bits, bean sprouts, spring onions, carrot and egg. It is good!

Fried Hong Kong Mee

The fried hong kong mee has thin noodles wok fried with egg, bean sprouts, carrot, spring onions, shrimps and tiny char siew bits. The noodles is firm and springy, with nice flavours that has a hint of sweetness and undertones of smoky wok hei. I like it!

The hor fun has savoury flavours with a hint of wok hei. It comes submerged in a flavourful sauce containing pork slices, fish cake, prawns and vegetables. The pork is tender and meaty, the fish cake is soft and smooth with nice fish flavours, and the prawns taste rather fresh. There is no egg though.

The dry fried hor fun is wok fried with bean sprouts, carrot, egg, shrimps and fish cake slices. The hor fun has a nice dry and rather smooth texture. It has a tone of savoury and a hint of sweetness with a lovely note of wok hei. It is delightful!
