Cereal Fish Rice

The fried fish has a nice crispy batter that is glazed with a Thai chilli sauce and crispy cereal bits. It has a mild savoury taste and is nice. The cereal fish is served with white rice and a fried egg with crispy whites. Some cucumber slices are also provided on the side. This serving of cereal fish rice is likeable.

Black Pepper Beef Fried Rice

The black pepper beef slices is soft and tender with nice black pepper flavours. These are wok fried with rice, egg and spring onions. The fried rice has a nice dry texture and has peppery flavours. This plate of black pepper beef fried rice is likeable too.

Chicken Cutlet Fried Rice

The chicken cutlet has a crispy light coating with juicy and flavourful meat. The fried rice has a nice firm and dry texture with slivers of egg and chopped spring onions. I like this.

Pork Chop Hor Fun

The pork chop is soft and meaty with crispy outsides and decently flavoured. The hor fun is has a mildly sweet taste and a light tone of wok hei. It is served with a starchy sauce with slivers of egg and some vegetables. Tastes not bad.

San Lao Hor Fun

The san lao hor fun has slices of fish, bean sprouts and spring onions. The hor fun has light smokey wok hei flavours. The sauce is rather watery though, and the sliced fish is meaty and doesn’t taste as fresh. This one is just decent.

Dry Fried Beef Hor Fun

The dry fried beef hor fun is wok fried with some bean sprouts, vegetables and egg. It has nice wok hei with a tint of sweet. The beef slices is firm and meaty. Comes with a piece of green lime on the side. This plate of hor fun is rather nice.

Fried Hong Kong Mee

The noodles is wok fried with some bean sprouts, vegetables and egg. Some char siew bits and prawns are added to it. The fried noodles is a bit soft and moist and has decent savoury flavours. A piece of green lime is provided on the side. It is a decent tasting plate of fried hong kong mee.

Sheng Mian

The sheng mian has a crispy noodle added with a flavourful and starchy sauce containing slivers of egg, Some fish cake, pork slices, prawns and vegetables are included. The fish cake is soft and smooth, the pork is firm and meaty and the prawn is rather fresh and springy. The crispy sheng mian has nice savoury flavours and is quite likeable.
