Fried Chicken Briyani

Rezki Allah Indian Muslim Food dishes out briyani with a choice of meat, served with curry, fried egg, papadam and achar on the sides. Shown here is their briyani with fried chicken.

The briyani rice is quite flavourful with a slightly spicy tinge to it. The fried chicken thigh is meaty and slightly crispy. It has nice spice seasoning flavours and its skin is rather flavourful. The curry is slightly spicy with mutton flavours. The fried egg is rather normal though. The papadam is thin and crispy, and the achar has a nice limey taste.

This plate of fried chicken briyani is decently likeable.

Roti Prata

The usual variety of roti prata is sold here as well. Seen above are the plain prata and egg prata. Both are drenched in a decent tasting and spicy curry sauce.

The plain prata itself is quite firm and chewy with small slightly crispy parts. The egg prata has a soft egg filling inside. Instead of making them to order, both are made in advance.

The prata here is quite ordinary and average.

Roti John

This roti john comes with the usual mutton bits and onions omelette pan fried with in sliced baguette. The egg is very nicely fried with crispy bits. The bread is soft and slightly crispy. It is served with a slightly sweet tasting chilli sauce on the side. The roti john here is definitely better than their roti prata. I like this.
