Cai Png

Shuang Yu Mixed Veg Rice is a popular cai png stall with a good selection of dishes to choose from. Shown here is with fried chicken cutlet, sweet sour pork, fried eggs with onions on a plate of rice with curry added.

The chicken cutlet is crispy outside, moist and juicy inside and nice flavourings too. Similarly for the sweet sour pork, it is crispy outside and fairly moist and tender inside. It is coated with a sweet sour sauce that tastes slightly sweet. Both are nice!

The fried eggs with onions has nice savoury flavours. As for the curry, slightly spicy with nice coconut milk flavours. This is truly an enjoyable meal. Recommended!
