Sing Ho Hainan Chicken Rice

serves the usual hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice. Tastes decent.

Hainanese & Roast Chicken Rice

Sing Ho Hainan Chicken Rice serves both hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice.

Let’s get started with both the chickens first. The chicken meats are served on a plate with soya sauce seasoning, some cucumber slices and achar on the side. Both the hainanese chicken and roast chicken have soft and moist meat. The hainanese chicken has smooth skin and the roast chicken has fairly flavourful skin. However the chicken is just partially deboned and you may still find bits of bones attached to its flesh.

The rice served is firm and fairly flavourful. Comes with a soup of nicely flavoured chicken and vegetables soup. A garlicky and limey chilli sauce, a ginger puree sauce as well as black sauce is available to your liking of dipping sauces. The ginger puree sauce goes rather well with the hainanese chicken.

This is quite a decent and likeable serving of hainanese and roast chicken rice.
