Hainanese Chicken Rice

Zi Jin Cheng Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice sells only the white hainanese chicken with rice.

The hainanese chicken is served on a plate with a soya sauce seasoning that has a lightly sweet taste. The chicken meat is tender and moist and its skin is smooth and soft. Comes served with a few slices of cucumbers and tomato, as well as some achar on the side.

The rice has nice flavours, is firm and rather fragrant. The accompanying bowl of soup has savoury flavours. Comes with a saucer of dipping sauces, with a garlicky and spicy chilli sauce and a lightly sweet tasting black soya sauce. The black soya sauce mixes really well with the rice and hainanese chicken. In my opinion, this is definitely a lovely plate of hainanese chicken rice. I like it!
