Hainanese Chicken.

Sing Swee Kee serves hainanese chicken that is moist and meaty with a skin that is really soft and smooth, and has some jelly fats underneath. However, the pieces of chicken are not completely deboned. The chicken rice ball is compacted with rice that is flavourful and has a firm texture. It comes with a bowl of nicely flavoured soup and a limey tasting chilli dip on the side. Not bad.

Roast Chicken.

The roast chicken has moist and soft meat and a rather flavourful but not crispy skin. It can be served with rice balls, rice or noodles. As shown here, it is served with noodles. The noodles is firm and springy, tossed in a soya sauce seasoning with savoury flavours. It comes with a side of vegetables. Tastes alright.

Chicken Cutlet.

The chicken cutlet has a crispy breaded crust covering tender chicken meat. Its skin is crispy and rather flavourful. It is topped with a lemon flavoured seasoning. The rice is flavourful and has a nice firm texture. This is not bad too.

Char Siew & Siu Yuk.

In addition to chicken, char siew and siu yuk is available. The char siew is mostly lean, firm and meaty with a sweet taste. Some slices of char siew comes with fatty parts, and these are softer and tastes nicer. The savoury tasting siu yuk is soft and meaty with some fatty parts, but its skin is not crispy. Both the char siew and siu yuk are quite ordinary.

Curry Chicken Noodles.

The curry chicken noodles comes with slices of hainanese chicken served in a bowl of yellow noodles and some bean sprouts with curry sauce added. The curry sauce is spicy and has decent flavours. It comes with pieces of tau pok and curry potato. The tau pok is soft and soaking up the curry flavours. The curry potato is soft and flavourful. It is quite likeable.
