White Bee Hoon

Soon Heng White Bee Hoon does only fried white mee hoon soaked in a broth. This white mee hoon contains prawns, lala clams, some vegetables, eggs and lard pieces with a slice of green lime and chilli on its sides. The broth sauce is lightly flavoured with nicely balanced flavours that isn’t too salty. The chilli has a limey taste. The mee hoon tastes pretty nice when eaten with the broth and chilli. Quite likeable.
