Minced Meat Noodles

Soon Lee Mushroom Minced Pork Noodle sells minced meat noodles with usual choice of noodles in dry or soup versions, containing minced pork bits, fish cake slices and fishballs. No mushrooms were given as they could have been sold out. Seen here is with mee pok noodles. Comes served with a savoury tasting soup on the side.

The mee pok is smooth and springy with nice savoury flavours, and contains some bean sprouts too. The mee pok is topped with meaty pieces of minced pork bits. A few slices of fish cake slices and a couple of fishballs are included. Both has a soft and smooth texture. The fishball is springy and contains some chopped bits of chilli and spring onions. I like it.
