Vegetarian Fried Noodles & Mee Hoon

Vegetarian Delight sells the usual Chinese vegetarian fare where you can choose either fried noodles or fried mee hoon with an assortment of mock meat.

The fried noodles and fried mee hoon has decent flavours. Comes with some vegetables and mock meat slices of char siew, smoke duck, pig’s ear, intestines and a piece of crispy goose. Some of these mock meat are soaked in a braised sauce giving them a softer texture and savoury tastes.

The surprise here is their crispy goose. It is crispy, light and airy. Very good for snacking on. Unfortunately, it is not sold separately. However if you are to buy your fried noodles or mee hoon from them, you can request to add in an extra piece or two. It is well worth the carbs.
