Ayam Penyet Fried Rice
Warung OMC Oh My Chicken is a Malay Muslim stall that sells mostly chicken dishes with various options for rice, noodles and mee hoon. Shown here is their ayam penyat fried rice with a begedil added.
This fried rice uses chicken rice type of flavoured rice. It is slightly spicy with some vegetables added, and contains some fish cake and hot dog bits. The fried chicken has nice flavourings with moist chicken meat. Especially like its skin which is lightly crispy and comes with extra fried crispy bits. As for the begedil, it has a soft and nicely flavoured mashed potato with a mildly crispy egg coating. The chilli on the side is spicy with a little bit of sweet tastes.
The portions of this fried rice is good. It is one hearty likeable meal for me.
