Ramly Burger

The ramly burger is available with either beef and chicken patties. The beef version is shown above, served with a side of fries and salad.

The beef burger patty has a savory taste, and is supposed to be wrapped in an egg omelette. Unfortunately, in this instance, the egg omelette serves more like a topping rather than a wrapping. The burger comes with a combination of bbq sauce, chilli sauce, mustard sauce and mayonnaise, but I am unsure if it comes with any cheese as I can’t taste any. The hamburger bun is soft and soggy.

The fries are crispy and sprinkled with salt and pepper, while the salad is crunchy with a sweet-tasting salad dressing. Both the fries and salad are rather nice, however the ramly burger is quite sub-standard, in my opinion.

Fish Burger

Regular burgers are served as well, with a choice of beef patty, chicken patty and fish fillet. Featured above is their fish burger which comes with a piece of crispy fish fillet and lettuce with a spread of mayonnaise and mustard sauce sandwiched in between a hamburger bun. The fish is soft and its breaded crust is crispy.

This fish burger tastes not bad, and it comes with a side of fries and salad.

Spaghetti

A range of grilled or deep-fried meats can be served with a choice of spaghetti instead of fries. Shown above are their mixed grill paired with aglio olio and fried chicken wings paired with carbonara.

The mixed grill comes with a piece of grilled lamb chop, grilled chicken chop and a deep fried chicken sausage. The lamb chop is firm and chewy with juicy and meaty flavours, and it tastes rather pleasant. However, it has a subtle gamey taste and the meat is definitely not tender. The chicken chop, on the other hand, is tender and juicy with decent savoury flavours, and a mostly soft and chewy skin. The chicken sausage is soft and savoury with a lightly crispy skin. The meats are topped with a black pepper sauce lacking in peppery flavours. While the meats are ordinary, the aglio olio is nice. It comes with tiny bits of chopped garlic and chilli, and tastes lovely.

The fried chicken wing has a lightly coated crispy batter, and it is meaty and juicy with a savoury taste. The carbonara, however, falls short. Its sauce is too watery and lacks rich creaminess. While the fried chicken wing is decent, the carbonara is rather unremarkable.

Curry Rice

Curry rice is also available with a choice of deep-fried meats. The chicken cutlet curry rice, as shown above, consists of a piece of deep-fried chicken cutlet served with rice and curry sauce. The dish is accompanied with a side of salad and mashed potato.

The chicken cutlet is tender and flavourful with a crispy breaded crust. Its skin is crispy and flavourful as well. The nicely flavoured japanese-style curry sauce features pieces of soft curry potato and carrot, and it pairs really well with the chicken cutlet.

This serving of chicken cutlet curry rice is quite enjoyable.
