Fishball Noodles

Xin Lu Teo Chew Fishball Noodle, originally from Margaret Drive, has been serving handmade fishball noodles for several decades. Seen above is their mee pok. It comes served with just their signature handmade fishballs in a bowl of soup and a bowl of tossed noodles.

The fishballs are handmade and are fairly large size. It is smooth and springy with nice fish flavours. The mee pok is firm and springy, with a seasoning sauce mixture of chilli and sweet sauce added. Decently nice flavourings with a tint of sweet. The noodles are topped with fried shallots, crispy lard and chopped spring onions.

This serving of fishball mee pok is nice.
