Fried Hokkien Mee

Xing Ji Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle sells decent tasting fried Hokkien mee. Its noodles with mee hoon mix is springy and has a wetter texture with the broth still soaking in the bottom of the plate. The flavours are decent but not much ingredients, just a couple of prawns and a few small pieces of pork belly. The sambal chilli is nice though, tastes of dried shrimps with a mild sweet taste. You can also request to have fried lard bits added to your plate of fried Hokkien mee.
