Fish Soup

Chai’s Original Sliced Fish Soup offers a variety of fish soups with choice of mee hoon or noodles.

The sliced fish is quite smooth and rather fresh tasting, while the fried fish is smooth, meaty and flavourful. The thick mee hoon and yee mee are both springy, and the soup has balanced flavours. The sliced fish soup comes with slices of bittergourd and the fried fish soup comes with slices of cabbage. Both are topped with crispy shredded fried egg and fried shallots.

Both options tastes pretty decent.
