Bukit Timah Food Centre Singapore

[Closed] Yong Heng Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee

is a decently popular stall selling fried Hokkien mee. Tastes fairly nice.

Fried Hokkien Mee

Yong Heng Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee does fried Hokkien mee with the usual mixture of yellow noodles, mee hoon and eggs. It comes with sotong slices and prawns with a sweet tasting sambal chilli and a piece of green lime on the side. The noodles may look kind of soft and soggy, but it is still springy with a moist texture. Tastes fairly nice too.
