Bak Chor Mee

Liang Seng Mushroom Meat Pork Noodle does bak chor mee and fishball noodles. Shown here is their bak chor mee pok. It comes with minced meat, pork and liver slices, mushroom bits and fish cake slices.

The mee pok is springy, mixed with black vinegar and the portions are good. The fish cake slices are a bit chewy and tastes nice too. As for the pork, liver and mushroom, they are just the usual regular stuff. Comes with a small soup of nicely flavoured soup on the side. This is one decently likeable bak chor mee.
