Fishball Noodles

Ringo Handmade Fishball Noodle does really nice handmade fishballs, meatballs and fish cake. Comes with usual choice of noodles. Shown here is with mee pok.

The mee pok is tossed in vinegar and lard. It is springy and with a dry texture. Tastes nice with the crispy lard pieces.

The highlight here is the handmade fishballs, meatballs and fish cake which is served in a bowl of nice savoury flavoured fish soup. The fishball is really smooth and soft with a mild springiness. The meatball is made using minced meat with spring onions and chopped red chilli giving it a very mild hint of spiciness. The fish cake has a chewy fried outer skin with soft fish meat paste inside. All of them has very nice flavourings with the right level of saltiness. Big thumbs up.
