Wanton Mee

Liang Ji Wanton Noodle serves black sauce type of wanton mee. This wanton mee comes with char siew slices, both soup and fried wanton and some vegetables. Extra fried wanton is added as extras here.

The char siew slices are the lean meat type. Sweet and meaty flavours, but too lean for my liking. The soup wanton has soft skin and soft meat filling with nice savoury flavours. Comes in a bowl of savoury ikan bilis tasting soup. For the fried wanton, nice light and airy crispy skin with nice savoury tasting meat filling. It is really nice and adding extras is highly recommended.

The noodles are springy with nice flavours from a black sauce and chilli sauce seasoning. Comes with some crispy lard pieces and vegetables. It is rather nice and I quite like this bowl of wanton mee. Thumbs up, especially for the fried wanton.
