Fried Hokkien Mee

Yi Ji Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee does fried hokkien mee with just prawns and abalone slices, with no pork and no lard.

This fried hokkien mee has a mee hoon and yellow noodles mix fried with egg. This mixture has more mee hoon than yellow noodles. It is springy and moist, nicely flavoured too. Comes served with a piece of green lime and a dollop of very spicy limey tasting chilli on the side.

This plate of fried hokkien mee is quite likeable. Thumbs up.
