Fried Oyster Omelette

Teo Kee Fried Oyster is a fairly popular stall selling just fried oyster omelette.

The mixture of eggs and starch is crispy and flavourful. The starchy bits are crispy and slightly chewy. As for the oysters, they are of decent size and fairly juicy. Comes served with a mildly limey chilli dip on the side that goes well with the oysters.

This plate of fried oyster omelette is tasty. I like it. Thumbs up!
