Mee Hoon Kueh

This mee hoon kueh comes with minced meat bits, a raw egg, some vegetables and topped with crispy ikan bilis and fried shallots. The minced meat is soft and meaty with savoury flavours, and the raw egg is soft. The mee hoon kueh itself is firm and springy and the soup has nice savoury flavours. It is rather decent bowl of mee hoon kueh.

Dumpling Noodles

This bowl of dumpling noodles uses youmian with some vegetables and topped with fried shallots. It has a decently nice flavoured soup with a hint of ginger. The youmian is cooked a bit softer but still fairly spriny. As for the dumplings, firm skin with a soft filling of meat and vegetables. It is decent too.

Guo Tie

The guo tie has a mostly fried crispy and chewy skin with a soft and savoury tasting meat and vegetables filling. Quite ordinary but decent.

Double Fish Soup

Double fish soup is available as well. Seen above is served with banmian. The sliced fish is soft and smooth, and the fried fish meat is meaty with a savoury taste. As for the banmian, it is firm and springy. Its soup is quite nicely flavoured with a tint of ginger. Comes with some vegetable and topped with fried shallots. It is a decent choice.
