Wanton Mee

This wanton mee comes with slices of lean meat char siew and some vegetables served with tossed noodles. A bowl of wanton soup is provided on the side.

The char siew is soft and meaty with a sweet taste. The wanton has soft chewy skin wrapping a savoury tasting meat filling. The noodles is cooked on the softer side but still fairly springy and has nice seasoning flavours. The soup has decently nice flavours too.

This serving of wanton mee is quite decent.

Lu Rou Fan

Besides wanton mee, Taiwanese lu rou fan is also available. This bowl of braised pork rice comes with tiny bits of braised pork belly, minced pork meat and a braised egg. Some lettuce is included as well. The braised pork is soft with some fatty parts, and has nice braised flavours. The braised egg has decent braised flavours too. The lu ruo fan comes with a bowl of nicely flavoured clear soup on the side. This lu ruo fan is quite decent too.
