Fried Hokkien Mee

Hokkien Man Hokkien Mee does wet type of fried hokkien mee that is soaking in a broth. It comes with prawns and generous amount of sotong slices.

The mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon is wok fried with some bean sprouts and eggs, and simmered in a nicely flavoured broth that has a tint of wok hei. The sotong is soft, and the prawn is decent size and tastes decently fresh. The yellow noodles and mee hoon mixture is firm and springy, is flavourful and has nice wok hei. Comes with a piece of green lime and a dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste on the side.

This plate of fried hokkien mee is tasty. I like it!
